Wolfgang Trampe works with emerging executives and leadership teams that want to grow their effectiveness, strengthen how they work together, and prepare the next generation of leaders. He brings a global and cross-cultural perspective to the work, helping clients connect self-awareness with the everyday decisions and relationships that shape leadership.

Wolfgang brings more than 35 years of corporate experience across manufacturing, engineering, and human resources with Procter & Gamble and Duracell, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Since retiring from corporate leadership in late 2024, he has focused full time on coaching emerging executives and business leadership teams in North America and Latin America.

He is a certified MBTI and TypeCoach practitioner as well as an Enneagram practitioner and facilitator. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Wolfgang is especially equipped to coach leaders across cultural and geographic contexts.

Outside of coaching, Wolfgang enjoys cooking at home and at a homeless shelter, volunteering through his church, reading, traveling, and pairing good wine with memorable meals. He holds a culinary arts certificate and WSET Level 1 wine certification. He and his wife, Agnes, live in Boca Raton and have a daughter and granddaughter.
