Vashti Chatman works with executives, emerging leaders, and organizations navigating the human side of complexity. She helps people recognize their strengths, approach challenges with a more constructive mindset, and translate insight into action that benefits both the business and the people doing the work.
Her career spans workforce solutions, marketing, manufacturing, software, financial services, and advertising technology. As a former Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Vashti used strengths-based coaching and positive-intelligence practices to build high-performing, inclusive organizations. Her experience includes redesigning human-capital processes, advancing performance management, developing diversity and inclusion programs, integrating teams after mergers and acquisitions, and improving crisis-management practices.
Vashti's own path to the C-suite was shaped by resilience. After homelessness and other challenges interrupted her education, she built a thriving corporate career, launched businesses and consulting work, and returned to school 23 years later to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University. That lived experience informs the way she helps others find a way forward when the expected path disappears.
She brings the perspective of a strategist who understands business needs and can translate them into practical action around people. Her work is energetic, strengths-focused, candid, and rooted in gratitude, possibility, and the belief that individuals and teams can become more than their current circumstances suggest.
