Before becoming CEO of SHIFT, Tim spent 24 years as founder and CEO of a global market-research firm based in Cincinnati. During his tenure, Tim and his executive team built the company into a global leader in qualitative insight and innovation, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations around the world and grounding growth in deep, empathic human understanding.

That experience shaped Tim's conviction that leadership is an inside-out journey. Strategy matters, but sustainable influence begins with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a clear understanding of how a leader's presence affects the people around them. His personal vision—to add value to every life his life intersects—continues to guide the way he coaches and leads SHIFT.

Tim and his wife, Joanne, live in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, where SHIFT is headquartered. They have four adult children living and working across the United States.
