His work is driven by a deep curiosity about how people and businesses function together. He helps leaders understand the human dynamics beneath communication problems and create more intentional connections among culture, leadership, team behavior, and the story a company tells the market.

Jonathan is a Certified Practitioner with The Predictive Index and holds a Master of Advertising and Public Relations, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science, and formal coaching accreditation recognized by the International Coaching Federation.
