As Director of Strategic Growth at SHIFT Coaching + Consulting, Joe designs experiential learning programs, delivers keynotes, facilitates strategic conversations, and works with leaders through coaching and team development. He helps individuals and teams clarify what matters, create shared language, and communicate ideas people can remember and act upon.

Joe's approach has been shaped by an unusually varied career as an actor, screenwriter, filmmaker, entrepreneur, creative-agency founder, and leadership executive. He most recently served as CEO of Leadercast and previously founded Rebel Pilgrim. He also studied and performed improvisational comedy with The Second City, an experience that continues to inform how he teaches trust, attention, creativity, and collaboration.
