David Dahlén D’Cruz helps people find their place, clarify their purpose, and grow into lives of meaningful contribution. He works especially with emerging leaders who are asking where they belong and how their gifts can bear fruit, as well as Christian leaders seeking greater effectiveness and balance personally and professionally.

David's coaching combines challenge, encouragement, leadership development, and spiritual formation. He helps clients move beyond vague aspiration toward a clearer understanding of their calling and the practical habits required to live it out.

His background includes pastoral training, a degree in primary science education, and experience coaching people to integrate faith, work, and everyday life. David and his wife also lead a house church, giving his work a deeply relational and community-centered foundation.
