Cory Carlson helps leaders pursue meaningful success without allowing work to consume everything around it. As a former corporate executive, entrepreneur, husband, and father of three, he understands the competing pressures carried by leaders who want to perform at a high level and remain fully present for the people they love.
After 20 years in corporate America and a rise to the executive level, Cory had seen the patterns up close: work without purpose, burnout, scattered priorities, strained marriages, and absentee parenting. Coaching helped him become a better leader, husband, and father—and ultimately led him to leave corporate life so he could help other leaders make the same inside-out shift.
Today, Cory works through executive coaching, speaking, and writing. He combines empathy and encouragement with direct conversation, practical leadership tools, discernment, and accountability. His work helps leaders grow personally as well as professionally, build healthier teams and families, and rise more quickly after difficult seasons.
Cory is the author of *Win at Home First* and *Rise and Go* and hosts the *Win at Home First* podcast. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Rockhurst University.
