Brian Baber helps business owners and leaders translate ambition into measurable, sustainable growth. His coaching is particularly grounded in the realities of building a business: increasing sales, making consequential decisions with incomplete information, managing financial pressure, and protecting the relationships and values that make the work worth doing.

Brian brings experience across custom home building, real estate, finance, sales, and education. He spent more than 22 years as the owner of an AR Homes franchise, building a luxury-home business through changing markets and significant economic pressure. Earlier in his career, he participated in a management program at Ford Motor Company and worked on the taxable trading desk at William R. Hough & Co. He now teaches entrepreneurship at Florida State University's Panama City campus.

His approach connects practical business disciplines with intentional living. Brian helps leaders clarify vision, build trust, strengthen operations, negotiate complex decisions, and develop rhythms that support spiritual, relational, physical, intellectual, and financial health.

Brian earned a bachelor's degree and MBA from Florida State University and holds professional licenses in general contracting and real estate. He is active in community service and mentoring and is a husband and father of four.
