Ben Redmond helps high-performing professionals make one of leadership's most important transitions: moving from doing excellent work themselves to leading other people well. His coaching helps emerging and established leaders build trust, communicate clearly, align their teams, and deliver results without losing themselves in the process.

He is the architect behind Next Level Leader, a coaching platform designed to accelerate leaders through their first 90 days and beyond. Ben brings more than two decades of leadership-development experience to the work, including ten years building and leading nonprofit organizations and nine years as a certified leadership coach. He has trained and coached leaders across a wide range of industries, pairing practical tools with real-world application.

Ben holds master's degrees from the University of Notre Dame and Rockbridge Seminary, along with a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership Development. Outside of work, he is a lifelong sports fan, an admirer of stand-up comedy, and an outspoken opponent of Michigan winters—despite continuing to live in Jackson.
